Each "take along" clamshell-stye plastic backpack pops open in the middle to reveal the charming "Small Stars" mini figure. The backpack, shrinkwrapped to keep the figure in, serves as the package then, with its flexible shoulder straps, doubles as an accessory for 7-inch play scale figures. The mini figures are 1.5 to 2 inches tall and the backpack is approximately 2.75 x 2.5 x 2.75 inches (LxWxD). Each has a hang tag and the figures are packed into a CDU.​
